After registering, you will receive an email entitled "Course Confirmation" within 24-48 hours of receipt of your electronic registration. Please be sure that the e-mail address on the registration is the correct e-mail for the course attendee. Confirmations cannot be issued by phone. Following the e-mail confirmation, a written confirmation will be sent to you via U.S. Priority Mail.
We understand that you wish to make travel plans as quickly as possible, but in order to confirm your space, and be fair to all registrants, we must do so in writing. We strongly encourage you to wait until you receive your confirmation to make travel plans, so that no changes or penalties will be incurred.
Tuition Balance
If you did not pay in full upon registration, your tuition balance is due 3 weeks prior to the start of your class. If you have paid the deposit on a credit card and authorized us to charge the balance on the due date, we will do so. Or, you may contact Shanna Hozman at SHozman@neurotrials.com or 404-851-9934 to charge the balance before the due date. A receipt will be issued to you via e-mail. Failure to issue payment by deadline may result in forfeiture of enrollment. It is the responsibility of the course attendee to insure that payment is issued within the stated guidelines.
