To Register Now: Click Here
The A-STEP course is comprised of 80 hours worth of material
designed specifically to introduce newcomers and novice techs to the field of Sleep Medicine. Generally the 80 hour requirement is a 10-day/two-week long course, however the Atlanta School is the proud provider of the first ever A-STEP program including an online component.
The online material makes up 24 hours of the 80 hour requirement, and is released 4 weeks before the live dates of the class to ensure students have plenty of time to complete the online component before attending the live class. The live class dates are 7 days in length, and run from Saturday thru Friday, minimizing the amount of time students must spend away from their family, job, and other responsibilities.
A-STEP class sizes are limited to 20 students per class, and the classes can fill up quickly. So be sure to register today, to ensure that you will have a spot in the October 9-15, 2010 A-STEP class.

Inception, t
he number one movie in America for two straight weeks, has people buzzing about dreams.
While we have always been curious about dreams and the meanings behind them, Inception now has people wondering about multi-layered dreams and other concepts from the movie.
Russell Rosenberg, Ph.D., D.ABSM, founder and director of the Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine and Technology, sat down with NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams at 6:30pm, EDT on Monday July 26, 2010 to shed some light on what happens when we shut our eyes.
Wondering about the multi-layered dreams and other concepts from the movie? View the video online on the NBC Nightly News website (Inception Inspires Dream Analysis). Watch the clip as Dr. Rosenberg discusses the film and engages in a scientific debate surrounding the mystery of dreams.
For more on Dr. Rosenberg's thoughts about the box-office hit, check out our blog post (Dr. Rosenberg Weighs in with the AJC on Box-Office Thriller "Inception") and read his article in the Atlanta Journal Constitution regarding Inception and dreams (Is it real or just a dream?).
